I’m glad you’re here and trying to figure out if I’m the right fit!
I’m Kaily, a Registered Psychologist and trauma specialist supporting teens (10+), young adults, and adults. I help clients make sense of their patterns, understand the connection between mind and body, and create meaningful change through insight, compassion, and practical tools. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real understanding including physiology and neurobiology.
